How do credits work?
1 credit = 1 photo. Every photo you upload and process costs exactly one credit, so your credit balance is simply the number of photos you can still deliver. Your plan sets the price you pay per credit.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits remain in your account until you use them to upload and process photos.
Where can I purchase credits?
Credit top-ups are available only inside your Billing & Credits dashboard. Your active plan determines the server-verified credit rate.
Is Magic Sort charged separately?
No. Magic Sort and Face Lock are included with active Pro and Premium subscriptions, with no extra credit deduction.
How do monthly and yearly renewals work?
Choose Auto Renew for recurring Stripe billing, or Manual Renew to pay again at the end of each period. Manual plans include expiry reminders and a short grace period.
What happens if I cancel a paid plan?
Your paid access remains available through the applicable paid period, then your account safely returns to the Free plan.
